1. Food Analysis

We aim to provide accurate, internationally recognized analytical data responsive to the needs of our clients in terms of timeliness and confidentiality. To achieve this aim we have developed an efficient and cost effective system for sample reception, analyses, and results reporting.

Our laboratory performs both microbiological and chemical tests for raw milk, dairy products, raw and processed meat and all types of fruit and vegetable products.

Testing results are provided within two days upon receipt.

2. Implementation of HACCP, BRC and GMP

We assist the Macedonian food industry with the implementation of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), BRC (British Retail Consortium) Standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Our employees have been are certified by the British Royal Institute of Public Health.

3. Quality evaluation in food industries

As part of our assistance to our clients, our employees assist producers and processors in meeting National quality requirements, to help assure consistent product quality.

4. Training of personal in food industries

We provide official trainings in Food Hygiene and HACCP on a regular basis. The training is organized according to guidelines of the Royal British Institute of Public Health and includes an exam and is rewarded with an official certificate. Contact the laboratory for details.

5. Participation in research programs and new product development

We are constantly seeking new ways to assist our clients to help them improve packaging and labeling, increase shelf life, developing new products and introduce new technology.
